02. Booking & Confirmation
- Inquiry: Clients send requests via form with basic contact info.
- Confirmation: Bookings are official only after confirmation via WhatsApp/Email/Phone.
- Vision Travel reserves the right to adjust itineraries for safety due to weather or road conditions.
03. Service Integrity
We prioritize your privacy in every transaction:
Information is used only for trip organization. We do not maintain a permanent database of personal IDs after service completion.
04. Payment & Refunds
Cancellation policies apply based on notice time. Refer to your booking confirmation for details on deposits and refunds.
